This brand-new home is perfect for hosting large groups, offering 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms for comfort and space. The space
Walk into a spacious living room with a 72in TV, family games, and comfortable seating.

The kitchen has an island that seats 7 with two refrigerators, a dishwasher, and all of the cookware you need for large gatherings. The coffee station has a Keurig, drip coffee pot, sugars, creamers, and flavored syrups. The washer and dryer are located off of the kitchen.

The dining room table seats 10 guests.

Bedroom 1 features a King bed with luxury bedding, blackout curtains, a TV, and a private full bathroom with a shower/bath, and walk in closet.

Bedroom 2 features a King bed with luxury bedding, blackout curtains, a TV, and a private full bathroom with shower/bath, and walk in closet.

Bedroom 3 features a King bed with luxury bedding, blackout curtains, a TV, and small closet.

Bedroom 4 features a King bed with luxury bedding, blackout curtains, a TV, and small closet

Bedroom 5 features a Queen bunk bed (sleeps 2-4), luxury bedding, blackout curtains, a TV, and small closet.

Bedroom 6 features two Twin bunk beds (Sleeps 4), luxury bedding, blackout curtains, a TV, and small closet.

The two full hallway bathrooms feature bath/shower combinations.

The back porch has a seating area, TV. The backyard is spacious, with a seating area, fire pit, and regulation size pickleball court and basketball hoop. The pickleball court is for guest use only- please note there is a guest home next door and the court is shared between the two houses!

Our home is located one mile from downtown Greer. The neighborhood features a mix of housing. It is very safe.

HOUSE RULES:
– NO pets. If there is evidence of a pet during a stay, your reservation may be canceled without refund. A pet fee will apply of $250 + any damages or cleaning required.
– No additional guests not included on the reservation without host permission.
– No parties or events without host permission. We understand we are a large home and events are encouraged. We just ask for communication and approval in advance. Guests/visitors above the approved count may incur additional fees.
– Please no smoking (indoor or outdoor). No illegal drugs.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property and backyard. Two small closets are locked for storage.
Please note that the pickleball court is shared with our other home 706 Poplar.
