This home features a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, a closet, black out curtains, luxury bedding and linens, and a TV.

Bedroom 2 has a King bed, a walk in closet, black out curtains, luxury bedding and linens, a noise machine, a TV, and a full bathroom.

Bedroom 3 has a Full bunk bed (sleeps 2-4), TV, black out curtains, luxury bedding and linens, and a walk in closet.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a full sized fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and Keurig.

The back porch has a grill.

The backyard shares a regulation size Pickleball Court with a basketball hoop. This amenity is shared between two homes, so guests can expect other use by tenants, however, it is not public.

Guests have access to the entire property, except for one single locked storage closet. The pickleball/basketball court is not a public use court, however, it is shared between a second home.
